Guest guest
, How exciting for you. Congrats girl!!!! val First day on the job First, I apologize for cross posting, but it's been a hectic day. I just wanted to share that I started " live " work with Total E-Med today, and WOW! They are a really well-run company. My 2-day training was very good, covering all the software I needed to know about to make the job hum along. Today I had a conference call to go over all my account specifics, and then off I went! I'm on 100% QA, but most likely that will end tomorrow. They seem to like my availability, and I seem to be headed towards their accuracy goals ASAP. I have a multi-practice, multi-specialty outpatient clinic in North Carolina. I'm thrilled by the diversity and the fact that you just get whatever comes up next. I'm not good at doing the same old thing over and over, so this suits my ADD personality perfectly. Can't wait til tomorrow! Guest guest
Congratulations! I, too, find variety is the spice of life. When I went on line last night there was nothing for me to do, so they added a few more accounts to my work pool for me to draw from and Iwas thrilled to get some reports from one of these new accounts today. Right now, I am taking a short break from a bunch of ESL's with discharge summaries that I have to send through with a swiss-cheese look to them. I feel bad about that, but Idon't know what else one can do. There are days when I don't get anyone I can truly understand and I get so frustrated. Thanks for listening to the venting.
