Guest guest
Andy, When looking for Vitamin E you suggest a natural source mixed tocoperols. Do you know if VRP has a good one? I get confused because they also list tocotrienols and not sure if this is good or bad. Also is a powder form effective or must it be a softgel? Jarrow lists one with D-alpha tocoperols but does not say mixed. Would this be acceptable? Also previously you suggested to someone l-carnosine first and if this did not work to try vinpocetine. I tried L-carnosine and that I saw some nice things but my child started to wake in the middle of the night. He had a previous history of night wakings that were resolved with the removal of casein and other supplements. Do you think I could try vinpocetine and if so what dosage for a 6 year old who weighs about 40 lbs? Last supplement is p5p. What do you think would be a reasonable daily dosage? FYI I am chelating him using your protocol and he just finished round 35. I was looking at the last two supplements to help with stimming, hyperactivity, and speech as we continue to chelate. Thank you for your assistance. (Ian's mom)
