I am support/caretaker to a great partner, husband, and friend so I have a very real understanding of at least one member of the community.We are very much interested in alternative or more traditional practices to enhance or compliment health, function, and quality of life. So, I would like to put forth a question: Does anybody have any understanding or experience with drinking chamomile tea to ease an upset stomach and enhance sleep quality?A friend indicated she uses chamomile tea to soothe her four-month-old's stomach before bedtime, any thoughts or suggestions?Linz
