Do you have copies of your labs that you can show us? It may be that they are not taking the correct tests and that your levels are low, you wouldn't be able to tell if you are converting properly, either without the correct tests....

Nesting is a really comfy way to sleep.. but it sure makes the bed a mess!!! hehehehehe

I have done this for a long time, I use CPAP as well for my Sleep APnoea, so I have an extra pillow to support the edge of my mask. I have found that my sleep is really disastrous if I dont nest, whenever I go away I take inflatable pillows that squash down in my bag so that I have enough padding. Winter is definitely a harder period for me, I tend to have really severe aches especially in the morning, just had my Thyroxin levels checkes and they were low, so the meds have been increased again, I wonder sometimes if I am going to have to take a handful at some stage............

Yeh, when my bed isn't made up properly, my visiting kids think someone is under the cover in there, lol! I've got one of those long long pillows, that I hold on my side and fit between my knees, so they won't rub together. Then there are two small ones stuffed behind my back. Then there is one I have my head on. Then there's one I'm resting one hand on, cause the long pillow isn't long enough to bring up to that area AND go to the length of my legs and feet too, hehe. Lots of pillows.
