Reply-to: Sent from the Internet (Details) Hello All- Found the group yesterday, had no idea one even existed. It's a good feeling, knowing there are other people like myself, and such a wealth of information is available. A little about myself: Was diagnosed last year with primary hypogonadism, after finally finding the courage to seek out help. The courage to overcome 18 years of shame and depression. Never dated. Drank a lot, used drugs, thought about suicide many, many times. It's not easy to explain how hard it was to take that first step. Revealing something you've tried so hard to hide for years. I did it though. And while I'll never be a physically normal man, I've found it's not the most important thing in the world after all. I'm getting married next year. She's absolutely the best thing that ever happened to me. I'm now on the Androderm patch, 5mg daily. I haven't had a blood test in a number of months, so I dont know what my T levels are currently. I feel pretty good. Decent, if not great energy. Good libido, we have an active, healthy sex life. Been paying for the androderm out of pocket for the last year, as I was uninsured, but my new job has prescription coverage that kicks in mid-May. Do any of you have opinions on Patch vs Jel etc? Any other reccomendations? So good to have found this place. Thanks.
