LOLOL You are reminded. Challis <<Which leads to, but I'll refrain from.. a discussion on how so many people react so differently to a person in a wheelchair.. . from the wench at our old bank (one extremely good reason they are the "OLD" bank)... to the gal behind the Pharmacy counter at Wal-Mart... Remind me some day to tell you about the Farah Fawcett hairdo wench at the old bank... I know that when I started taking the Provigil at 200mg as prescribed.. I seemed to have a headache everyday.. not a severe one, just one of those little nagging ones that you know is there.. but you can still function... And then I think I remember

reading that Sharon had a headache everyday too.. and she was taking the Provigil.. or something along that order, that struck me as maybe this being the cause of my headaches daily (I do know that if my hair gets too long, with as thick as it is, I get headaches too... don't know how I managed with it when I could sit on the stuff.. lol... definitely couldn't put it in a pony tail though).. Whatever the logic behind my half-baked ideas sometimes.. I had started cutting the Provigil in half, taking half in the morning, and then half at noon.. but the ONLY if I felt like I might could be able to lay down and take a nap... and then only at work.. if I'm home, I just go take a nap.. lol.. Luckily I did it that way, and had more than a few "half" pills left in the prescription.. so on those really really stinking hot days a few months back, when the a/c didn't

get turned on in the other room early enough, or someone didn't bump the temp downwards downstairs early enough, so my little room became a semi-oven (over 75 degrees).. and then the car was without a/c because it needs recharged, or fixed.. not sure which... I had the spare half pill to fall back on at around 4 o'clock.. so I didn't have to come home and pour myself into bed (I did check safe doseages, BEFORE I started taking the 3rd 100mg half of the pill though).. and that 3rd half didn't keep me from sleeping at night either... Well.. this morning.. I KNOW that the computer room needs such a cleaning.. I have managed to pile things up around the desk, that I have a path into my chair and enough arm room to type or move the mouse.. so this room was GOING to get cleaned TODAY!!!!... So I got the bright idea, while taking my morning meds.. that hmm... here is

this WHOLE Provigil... I'm going to take it just for an extra boost of energy.... WRONG!!!!!!!!!... There isn't any extra boost.. I still feel like I would have on 100mg.. except I have a freakin' headache!!!.. And after the headache started I REMEMBERED... the reason I was breaking them in half in the first place... LOL.. I need to get a dry-erase board for on the wall next to my desk.. where the calander from 2004 is still hanging (hey.. it's got a beautiful picture of a horse on it.. LOL... AND the note telling me where to find the interface cord for my camera...) I wish I would have known that last night at Mall-Mart.. I'd have gotten on... Better yet.. I have a HUGE corkboard ....... somewhere in the house..... that once I get this area cleaned up.. and we can get around to wash the walls down.. I'm going to have hang it... Then I

can post notes to myself telling me not to get any more bright ideas about the Provigil!!!.. lol The second thing... doesn't make any sense at all to me... not in the least... We went to Mall-Mart to pick up 's BP meds... and while we're standing there.. it dawns on me, that my scripts are due for refills on the 24th... I refilled them early last month, so I could get the Baclofen.. might as well have them all filled the same day, rather than having to run 15 miles twice to have the other three scripts filled.. Now get this... I refilled the Provigil, Effexor at the same time I filled the Baclofen.. the new script of 4 pills a day,

instead of two.... I asked to refill all of them last night, while I was there... save myself the gas for a trip next week... They weren't able to fill the Baclofen early???? 4 days early... She said something about "restricted" or "controlled" or something... that doesn't make one tiny bit of sense... I'm going to have to research that one for sure.. but anyone who has any ideas on why this is the way it is.. I'd love to hear it... The guys at Wal-Mart pharmacy were apologizing all over themselves because the pharmacist couldn't get the Provigil to go through.. she wasn't the one I drove nuts with the first script, and I didn't think to tell her that she needn't bother billing the Primary Insurance, because they won't pay for it.. and they keep running her around with the pre-auth needed thing.. When I explained it to her.. it went through easily... and she

apologized for keeping ME waiting.. and I told her No, don't apologize.. that was my error... and you guys couldn't ever ever be as bad as Giant Eagle Pharmacy.. that's why all our scripts now come to them... Even as haggard as the gal was at the register.. and you could SEE that she'd had a bad day.. She was still very pleasant with us, when she had to reverse things and do them all over again... Maybe it was the wheelchair... who knows... Which leads to, but I'll refrain from.. a discussion on how so many people react so differently to a person in a wheelchair... from the wench at our old bank (one extremely good reason they are the "OLD" bank)... to the gal behind the Pharmacy counter at Wal-Mart...
