Guest guest
Hi People do make a distinction in the community between the two. It depends upon which sub-group in the autism community you run into. The people who are into organic, cultured, raw, fermented foods do indeed use milks -especially goat. They make yougurt, kefir, cheese from milk -most often raw goat milk. Ghee (from cows milk) is frequently used and many purchase the one sold at organic and natural groceries. Much of it depends upon how you view " the diet " . You can be gf/cf/sf/ and anything else free and eat from manufactured foods/boxes to organic, additive free, prepare everything yourself, eat raw. By the way, I have heard that camel milk is actually the one that might have the most potential not to cause reactions in the kids. Let me know if you have info on the protein in it.
