Debrah, I found it in Vera Pyle, it is a Multi Podus boot system. It's used for

a lot of different foot and ankle abnormalities, including pressure sores.

In Stedman's Equipment Words 3rd Edition, I found a Multi Podus boot. The

full name is MPO Active walking Multi Podus boot. Hope this helps! :o)
