Guest guest
The patient was placed in a supine position and prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashion. Under satisfactory general anesthesia via mask, the head was turned to the right and left ear was visualized well. An incision was made in the anterior quadrant of the tympanic membrane in the only air containing space left. A Goode 1.1mm x 14 mm T tube was placed at the site of the s/l *A.O.V* and tucked underneath the flaps on both sides. any cue? Thanks val
