From my research, it sounds like reimbursement is about 45$ net per 30 min pt

visit (manual therapy and ther exer)... at least in Florida. I am not sure if

this differs significantly from state to state.

In my calculations, if a new grad came on board at 65K plus 15K in benefits.

That is 85 K out the gate plus overhead.

If they do avg 40 visits a week ...that's about 2K per week for 50 weeks about

100k annually.

So 100k - 85K - overhead. That leaves about 5-10k net profit.

For a seasoned PT, I suppose the number of visits would go up so the total

reimbursement would offset the salary increase.

Does this like an accurate rough estimate for looking at a new hire in a small

manual therapy clinic?
