I know you said you are eating enough but if the rapid loss keeps up, maybe consider upping your cals a bit more. How much do you want to lose? A good way to come up with how many cals a day to have is take your goal weight, times it by 10 so say 150 X 10=1500. If you exercise you can have even more.
