Connie, We lived in Bad Kissengen ( I think I spelled it right) my DH was assigned to Schweinfurt (sp again) in 1997-1999 army. I loved the first 6 months then my mom got sick and DH grandparents and I was so far away and was no good to help. I made my self miserable by worring about the family.....but thats me. I loved the chocolates and breads, I loved the beers but never was a big drinker. Never would of gone over if it haden't been for the army. I Have just gotten two babies...Molly Mae is about 12 weeks and Nutton is 7-8. I had bought two westies while we were in Germany both of them are passed away now, missed them and needed the white little beggers back under my feet. Missy our Maltese was put to sleep in May '07 and I had to have a conversationalist so I got the two westies within the last 3 weeks. Love them already.
