You need to look at your syringe. How may mls does it hold? How many mls does the LDN go up to? According to what you've written, it's 6mg per ml so you'll need to do some math to figure out what your syringe is capable of measuring for you. In ours, we use a 35 mg syringe (they typically give me about 32 ml) and each ml is 3mg. So for my son, a dosage of 3mg is one line. You should have lines in between each ml that should help you figure out how much to give. .5 ml is going to be 3mg which is typical dosing. It may just be a situation where you have to eyeball it. It doesn't need to be exact while you're working your way up to .5 ml. I'm sure .5 ml is clearly marked so I wouldn't stress over the .2 and .4 too much. Just eyeball it.

0.2 ml for 1 week (9-11) pm

0.4 ml for 1 week

0.5 ml per day for at least the next two months.

the two lines suggested correspond to 0.2 ml?

The therapist advised me of Mozart's music to listen to at home:

I saw gains on eye contact, coordination, cognition.

I am very pleasant to listen to, even when the child eats breakfast or play with a puzzle ...
