Guest guest
, you may find some relevant information about MBP antibodies in my message #64490 For correcting EPA and DHA level I would recommend supplementation with Coromega and/or Omega Brite. You can order them from www.kirkmanlabs.com and www.omegabrite.com Margaret > How can one correct demyelination after MMR? My son has had this and now has > a positive MBP. Guest guest
I wasn't able to get the link to work in the post:o( We can't use Cormega due to the egg in it and the Omegabrite site doesn't list product ingredients. I am also trying to be careful not to give too much vitamin A while supplement with products that are made with Codliver oil. My sons IgM reading was 52, the refernce range was 0-50. The IgG and IgE readings were normal. There really isn't alot of info on the subject.( Tiff Date: Mon, 30 Dec 2002 07:31:50 -0000 From: " igorginzburg <imginzburg@...> " <imginzburg@...> Subject: Re: Demyelination after MMR , you may find some relevant information about MBP antibodies in my message #64490 For correcting EPA and DHA level I would recommend supplementation with Coromega and/or Omega Brite. Guest guest
The link is /message/64490 I hope it will work. Omega brite does not have any vitamin A in it. I like it because it has high EPA content and the capsules are small, so my son swallows them easily. It was almost impossible to make him swallow Pro-EPA or Pro-EFA capsules. I will post the content for Omega brite this evening when I get home. There were several discussions on this list about vitamin A with some people seeing improvement on large doses of it. So I would not work so hard to avoid it. The most important thing, in my opinion, to be sure that the supplements are heavy metals free when choosing fish oil supplements.
