I figured this one out for myself. . What needed now is to alert and include others whose lives are or may be affected by the same vaccines in different ways. What needed now is a UNITED FRONT. In order to build it, forces need to be joined. Message should be sent out so more people can relate to it. Unfortunately, not everyone was able to relate so far as it was only about children with autism. One in 250 is affected by it...meaning that 249 out 250 are not, and the scream did not reverberated through minds and hearts their parents. Our opponents win by dividing and conquering. Let's not help them do so. This time message should be broader to reach more people. We need to join forces with associations uniting victims of other conditions caused by vaccines (multiple sclerosis, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, juvenile diabetes...so many others). Many of them are even unaware about vaccine connection to their suffering. Open their eyes. They are plenty. Add their voices to yours. Someone came up with a great idea about bringing autistic children to the senators' offices. Don't stop just at that. Autistic children, children affected by rheumatoid arthritis, wheelchair-bound MS sufferers, children suffering asthma attacks...Let them see " assorted " tragedy caused by vaccines, so their today's vote does not remain faceless and voiceless. We need to get in touch with association uniting sufferers of conditions contraindicating smallpox and other vaccines (AIDS sufferers, organ transplant recipients, cancer survivors...is there an association for people with chronic skin diseases?) - for them, " preventive care " will be worse than disease, all those would be prime candidates for deadly complications if vaccinated forcibly ...pardon me, " universally " ...to them it would be premeditated murder. During Lieberman amendment hearing " universal vaccination " provision was downplayed. UNITED WE STAND. DIVIDED WE FALL...as it just happened. PLEASE think of this. It's really important. I suggest that we all hold simultaneous rallies NATIONWIDE within the next few weeks to demonstrate how we feel about yet another insult to our children and families. I think that it would be hard to ignore a nationwide showing of our displeasure and extreme disgust with fat cat politicians that have their eyes on their wallet much more than the welfare of our children. Unless we get really angry and vocal they will have won their war on terrorism of our children. Rallies could be staged at our State Capitols with others conducted at churches or places of business. I personally organized a rally in just 8 weeks last April in California to show support for Unlocking autism's " Power of One' rally in D.C., and I know it can be done. A local and very dedicated developmental Pediatrician told me that some of the most moving rallies that she has ever been to are ones with a dozen people or so with their signs and a passion in their hearts. This can be done. Let's not waste an opportunity to help educate America about the appalling rise in cases of children with autism and what our federal Government knows about the harmful effects of Thimerasol. It took a lot of time and effort to connect my children's problems (ADD, CAPD, sequential processing difficulties, etc) to autism and mercury. Our statements definitely need to include the disorders that are considered in the spectrum. Most parents won't want to even consider their hyperactive, learning-disabled kid is autistic. But the few open-minded ones who are looking for the root cause/solution because they don't want to give their kids prescription meds for the rest of their lives will listen. Re: [ ] Plan of Action! Many of them are not even aware of the connection...Let's reach out to those whose lives are now at grave risk of " universal vaccination " that may now be carried out whenever Tommy 's " gut tells him to " even in absence of the disease outbreak - AIDS sufferers, organ transplant recipients, cancer survivors, those living with skin diseases - an axe is already raised over their heads. Please do not ignore this call. Lots of people can be enlisted to join this struggle for human freedoms and rights against corporate greed, even if autism didn't touch their lives. Otherwise they may have difficulty relating to your cause and remain inactive bystanders, being unaware that their problems also have something to do with it. This corporate evil can be defeated only TOGETHER. No victimhood please. It sucks that they did this, but victimhood just compounds it. Steely resolve is what is needed. I do agree that as these elections come up, we need to organize, find out what the candidates feel around our cause and then fight for or against them depending on that. I've already made the commitment to be in Senator Frist's state come his next election bid. This personal vendetta of his has gone on long enough. And I am stronger than he can even imagine. It often takes an exceptionally competent and genuine doctor to get past my dislike of the whole doctor/god regime. He is one of the most odious physicians I have ever come across. I want him out. Guest guest Posted November 19, 2002 Report Share Posted November 19, 2002 I agree wholeheartedly. I have an autoimmune disease, and take large doses of immunosuppressants to control my symptoms. I also use IVIG every 3 weeks. A forced vaccination would likely injure or kill me, and who knows what the vaccine in the IVIG products I use would do. My husband is now at risk for losing 2/3 of his family. I'm disgusted and ashamed to be an American today. Cally > > Me too!
