Hope it will not be a really really really hot summer … but if things keep up the way they are going, I guess it will be a really bad summer.

I just finished a 4 week course of primary prevention healthy heart program at the hospital. It is in conjunction with my diagnoses of diabetes. I have also been seeing a physiatrist. This makes doctor number 8. And the doctors are at different places …. The other side of Toronto, Oakville, my local hospital and downtown Toronto

I have stopped taking the Gabapentin. It was making the dizzy spells worse.

Work is same o same o. I am planning on taking vacation in August because I have a Dr. appointment in Central Toronto, so I figured I’d take the week off. Maybe I will find something to do so I am not stuck doing nothing all week.

I have joined a gym and my motivation is leaving me … why is it … that if you decided it … you follow though, but when you are told you have to do something … it feels like a job or worse punishment?

My eye is getting worse and since I have yet to replace my eye glasses since I was robbed, my eye is causing headaches.

So right now summer is uhhhhhhhhhhhh boring.
