Dark circles under eyes is commonly attributed to phenol sensitivity. I come from a family of them! Hangnails I thought was a B vitamin but I don';t know for sure.

 

I know read it somewhere around here before, and I hate to go twice around a subject, but hangnails are a sign of what deficiency? And under-eye circles as well?

Also, do viral, yeast and metal issues all produce the same symptoms in ASD - if not, is someone able to give me a quick run-down on the differences? I'm trying to google here....but all it's bringing me to is " causes " grrrrrrrr

It's also malnutrition and adrenals. It's also hereditary. Or yeast. Dark circles under the eyes can be so many things... My son still has circles under his eyes after almost 4 years of biomed.
