Guest guest
Andy, We can give the melatonin for a few nights but after to many nights in a row that starts to cause night wakings. He can't take pills so I don't think the time released will work. I have to mix everything in juice and give in a sippy cup. The contents in the time released melatonin would have to be smaller than a grain of rice and remain stable in the juice. Do you think it is worth trying? While I am at it what is the max amount of melatonin you would suggest for a 6 year old who weighs about 40lbs? Based on your answer sounds like you think Vinpocetine might also cause night wakings. Again thanks for the help. [ ] Re: Andy help with some supplements > > Also previously you suggested to someone l-carnosine first and if this > did not work to try vinpocetine. The life extension foundation time release melatonin worked just fine when the capsule was opened and it was dumped in yoghurt or apple sauce. Andy . . . .. . . . . . . . .
