Guest guest
Hi Val, I'm struggling - again. I'm having symptoms to which I usually associate with low cortisol; however, I've gone up to the dose I was on (40mg) starting a year ago and feeling like I'm not getting enough. But, if I take an extra dose here or there, it doesn't seem to help. I recently switched back to T3 after my first attempt to go back to NT caused rT3 problems again. I've played around with the T3 dose somewhat, and, as I said, raised the HC to 40. My temps are low (98) but stable; yet, at points throughout the day I'm disabled by anxiety, anger, frustration, dark, depressed thoughts, back hurts, no appetite, diarrhea, etc. Today my left arm started to feel tingly, I'm sleeping, but not feeling like it's very well. I cry at the drop of a hat - I have the thinnest skin known to mankind at this point. Last week you suggested that I drop the T3 somewhat as my pulse was sort of high. I dropped from 62mcg to 56.5mcg T3. Is it possible that I'm on too much HC? I understand that high and low cortisol symptoms can mimic each other. I would love for that to be the answer... I'm confused as to why this is happening - I'm doing the exact thing I did when I went to T3 only the first time. Why am I having this level of difficulty? Thanks, Tara
