Guest guest
Maddie got such bad rashes but we always noticed that when the temp changed (either really hot like it is all the time here in TX, or really cold) -- and what I found for us was food related. Maddie would also get rashes around her wrists and they would weep. (and behind her knees and they would make her PJ's stick to her legs, I cried about that.) I know how STUPID this sounds...BUT when it's too hot or too cold, I think that the potassium/sodium gets out of balance. -- and when this happens endema happens and her hands would get swollen (causing the deficiency to get worse of other vitamins). We gave her high doses of her bio-available vitamins or if it were for me, I would take just vitamins with digestive enzymes, and CLO. (a couple times a day) I also would eat Vitamin D drops like candy. I also juiced celery (high in natural sodium) and normally you would use carrots but Maddie couldn't tolerate them, so I used parsley instead. This usually helped too. laura > > > > Ok, same asd nephew I've been talking about the past couple of days: his mother just sent me a picture of his hands. He's got these crazy red rings around his wrists and his knuckles are red and really swollen w/ patches of eczema covering. I'm in RI and she's close by in MA and the weather's been nasty cold the past couple of days. Because of this, I would automatically assume his hands were chapped and red from the cold and wind but his knuckles seem too swollen for that to be the culprit. Has anyone heard of anything like this? Maybe it's an odd reaction to a new exposure? the rings around his wrists are curious...she said it looked as if he had been sucking on them....his teacher reasurred her that he had not. hmmmm. >
