What type of IGG food allergy tests should we get done?

We have just had our son tested for PANDAS (test just went out today) and are

next looking at getting him tested for allergies, etc. It was suggested that

the puffiness under his eyes may be from allergies so we would like to look into

that as well. What type of allergy testing should we get for him? Should we go

through an allergy specialist or just order the testing kit from Great Plains?

If so, what type of tests should we look at specifically? Questions, questions!!
