I'm so glad the court day is over. Hopefully this will be a tiome of relaxing and recouping, and no fall out over stress that has built up for either you or . It does sound like it was an interesting day. I sure wouldn't want those attorneys if I was the "bad guy". The perpetrators denied more or less everything (given all the evidence against them, I would say their lawyers should have adviced them to be more cooperative, but what do I know, I'm no lawyer), but I don't think they'll get away with it. I think I did ok. According to Kinga ('s colleague, it's a Hungarian name), Tobias (Kinga's boyfriend) and , I was a "textbook example of credibility" when on stand...But they may have been a bit biased, of course... One of the lawyers commented in his summary, that my statement wasn't very detailed, but on the other hand, if that's all he has to bring up against it, he really is clasping at straws... I am sure did ok too, but I didn't hear her statement, as she was on the stand before me (and as a witness you are not allowed in the court room before you have delivered your statement). The lawyers wasn't the best, perhaps, but

then again they didn't have a great case to work with either (if your client denies against all available proof, you, as a lawyer, really don't have a lot to work with...). But one of them kept confusing names, and at one time even had the judge interfere to ask him if he was indeed making the claim that his client had been in a fight with the other defendant (because that's the name he used, instead of Tobias), as well, the same night...Well, anyway, that's all over and done with now – and that's a real relief! /Reb
