So far, so good. Each 1/2 tablespoon contains 200 mg DMG, It's also got 30 mg of p5p, 10 mcg of methyl b, 400 mcg of folic acid, 30 mg Magnesium, 1.5 mg of zinc and 25 mg of Betaine HCI. phenol free. He is on LDN - I should probably try a few of his and see. He takes 3 mg - should I double that for me? Most meds just lose effectiveness over time; one that gets poisonous is tetracycline. There are only a few that do that but I haven't been in school for 15 years so there may be more now. I was in the study years back with my fibro on the LDN and did an immuen panel and I looked like a stinken AIDS patient when it came back it was aweful, no wonder I was in pain and depressed all the time, LDN improved my panel and helped me sleep and with depression and the pain. BUT when I went off the diet the last 2 months It made me a EMOTIONAL mess to the max. I was all over the place, wores depression and worse sleep. I felt physco on it. the opiates mess with the effect, for the pain teh BEST thing I found was going in the HBOT with my kid. NO ISSUES AT ALL WHEN WE DID IT!!!!! and it last 2 days after as well. wish we had the funds for a machine I woudl do it 2 times a day, i saw massive die off, diflucan worked well too DMG brand Anybody have a brand of DMG they just LOVE?
