Not that I didn't enjoy Pilates (lol), it's just something different. Very relaxing while still helping to "build" the body and strengthen. ) Pilates is fun. I do have to pick and choose what I do, as I have over-heated in the MSy way. Then the tingles set in and the muscles don't want to behave and... and... and... lol Some of the Yoga programs have the same potential. I have one Yoga CD and the woman (Can't remember her name... Kathy... something?) is one enormous muscle! LOL My Mom tried Nerve Fix for a while. I can't remember what she said of it now. It's at iHerb.com if you're curious. Well, it did seem to work in the beginning so it would be worth a try for anyone interested.I do stretching to keep my calves from cramping up so bad from the spasticity.
