Guest guest
Hi , Our career ladders are based on advanced proficiencies/certifications. For the PTA/COTA's if they obtain advanced proficiency from the APTA or AOTA they will advance one grade level, which in turn means a higher level of pay. If the PT/OT's have a special certification e.g. hand therapy certification, manual therapy certification, they may also advance one pay level. Are incentive raises given with different certifications/advanced degrees? Thanks all!
