Maybe he has a fast phase I and a slow phase II (the way his liver deals with toxins). You might want to check his liver. I don't mean smoking around the child.....i mean if the child is around a smoker and can smell it either on his/her clothes or breath? My son reacts very harshly when around people that smoke....is this " normal " haha...I can't believe I just wrote that. Second hand smoke is worse for people who inhale it than it is for the smoker himself/herself who creates it. At least, that is what I read in a recent study.
