Bonus vs increased salary when applying for a PT job

Hello,

I am a physical therapy student and have been looking at different job

opportunities after I graduate. Would I be better off to take a job that offers

bonuses or one with a higher salary. I noticed some jobs offer bonuses based on

performance, but am not sure if this would be the best option for a new

graduate. I was also curious if these bonuses are commonly distributed monthly,

quarterly, or annually. I would love to hear some feedback on how your clinic

works or what you have experienced.
