I suppose it would also make a great dip for veggies. CURRIED CHICKEN SPREAD 8 ounces cream cheese, FF 8 ounces sour cream, light 1 tablespoon curry powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 4 ounces chicken breast, finely diced 1 can (or less) Geisha mandarin oranges, drained and chopped 2 ounces fresh spinach leaves, chopped Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
