Please try a search for " glucosamine chondroitin sulfate " in any search engine

you like. It mostly

helps rebuild the cartilage in joints, but also a many other good things.

> Very interesting! arthritis seems to run in my family...Thank you Valentina,

This is definately worth checking into further..If it does no more for me than

stop the pain its worth it...Since I'm cleating right now, and with all of this

new info, I'm a little worried about taking even an asprin.

I don't think there's any reason for concern regarding these (not that I know

of). They should be pretty safe.

I took them too, for a long time, when I started chelation, and they really

helped. I had especially knees pain all my life. And also my knees were making

some noises when I would move... When I started chelation the pain got worse, so

I tried Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate. It helped a lot,

and even if my bones still hurt sometimes, my joints feel much better.

I also gave some to my son, but I didn't see anything dramatic, you know... I

don't know if it helped in any way. I hope so :)

Did you ever try Glucosamine and/or Chondroitin Sulfate?
