Guest guest
I love pumpkin! My birthday is coming up and I may make these for myself! RE: pumpkin bites Wow, these look good! I would imagine you could even have two and still only 110 calories and 12 grams of carbs. Six of them could be instead of an entire meal... Guest guest
Dear Pat, Thank you for this. Pumpkin bits sound delicious and every bit as satisfying as pumpkin pie! I haven't baked with phyllo dough before but if my grocery store carries the shells, I'll be all over this recipe. Oh, there may be another complication. I'm familiar with canned pumpkin and canned pumpkin pie filling, but not with canned pumpkin puree. Do you think canned pumpkin and pumpkin puree are the same? Guest guest
Dear Ruth and friends, Ruth, I'm so impressed that you can or freeze your own pumpkin! I've never done either. You must have a bountiful pantry or freezer full of truly healthful fruits and vegies. Thanks for answering my puree question.
