Guest guest
Hi all- I'm Debbie, dx with relapsing/remitting MS for about 5 years. However, like a lot of you I spent lots of years with the " maybe " or " probable " diagnosis. The first MS symptom that I remember was 20 years ago when I got out of bed in the morning to go to work, and fell on the floor 'cause I had no feeling in my legs!! lol It's been the usual roller coaster since. My biggest concern right now is the cogitive issues I've been having-I'm thinking about going on short-term disability at work...as long as I can find a way to afford it! :-( My job keeps changing since I came back from FMLA last year-so I don't think they'll be sorry to see me go! But that's another sob story for a later time I think... So forgive me if I ramble or don't make sense-it's just the brain fog. Take care- -- In MSersLife , Sharon wrote: > > - > Group: please join me in extending a warm welcome to our newest member here at MSersLife! > > > I know we all look > forward to getting to know you here on the group. Guest guest
Welcome aboard, Debbie! ) I'm Challis... I don't have a dx yet, but I keep hoping for answers. At least I have a Neuro now who seems to understand and hear me. lol He talks of MS and pretty much waits for my tests to show it. The first symptom I recall came about 12 years ago, I guess it was. My Mom has MS. She's Sharon, our list's fearless, loving and wobbly leader. (lol) ) My husband, , and I live in Arizona and have four children... is 21, is 17½, Jenna is 8 and Maya is 4½. Not to worry about making sense or rambling. Most of us get lost in that fog, and we'll just think it's us anyway. LOL HUGS, Challis Re: Fw: We have a NEW MEMBER labyris_woods Hi all-I'm Debbie, dx with relapsing/remitting MS for about 5 years.
