1 week old with Thrush - HELP

Hi,

We have a 5 year old son with PDD-NOS and just had our second child one week

ago. I noticed today that he appears to have thrush on his tongue.

Our midwives gave us some nystatin, any other recommendations for treating his

thrush?

He is already on a infant probiotic and I am on a strong probiotic.
