Guest guest
I see things different than other people.. What I see in your message is your answer to your question. Stop the oils ect. and see if there is a difference I think your son will be happier. The yeast is under control It seems to me a little lactobacillus and FOS will be able to mantain the control you already have. And if you are still having meltdowns order some enzymes try them this may help with yeast because the enzymes will block the yeast food source. Please read a paper on line Understanding Autism by Jepson MD at cbcutah.com I hope some treatment will give you a idea where to go next. Many yeast treatments will aggravate bad bacteria issues. >> Prior to starting the sac boulardi Jack had ceased chewing > on objects. The sac boulardi seems to have upped the chewing. Can be 1) die off, 2) intolerance to the SB, or 3) aggravation of yeast/bacteria. Consider trying Culturelle, it works VERY WELL for bacteria. I use > GSE, oil of oregano, lavendar oil blend and olive leaf extract to > treat yeast, alternating treatments. Jacks's oats test indicated > high clostridia If he has high clostridia, then don't use GSE. Probably don't use oil of oregano either, altho I am not sure about that one. I have never used the others you list. But GSE will kill ALL yeast in less than a week, which will allow bacteria to overgrow. Consider using a probiotic and Culturelle, instead of GSE. The body does need SOME yeast to keep the bacteria under control. > > Any one get through the stages of the yeast die-off. It seems more > complicated than the metals. We are done with yeast here, except for when I let my kids eat too many holiday cookies LOL Dana

If your child swallows capsules, this should work okay. However, in writing a listmate recently about how to do it otherwise, it seems hard. Activated charcoal does NOT mix into liquid well and it has a weird texture (chalky?) and it is BLACK! All I can come up with is mixing it into " dark " food LOL! best wishes, Moria
Guest guest
This is what it says at www.nutribiotic.com the maker of my GSE: How can the product be non-toxic if it is so potent? Extensive testing done at independent laboratories and universities around the world has proven the concentrate to be safe for human consumption. It is effective against pathogens because it belongs to a family of compounds known as quaternary compounds. This family is best known for benzylkonium chloride and benzylthonium chloride as well as the infamous Quaternium group, a very toxic antimicrobial preservative used in the cosmetics industry. While Grapefruit Extract is molecularly similar to these compounds, there are some profound differences in structure and function. Studies done to date indicate that there is little danger in either short-term or long-term internal use. -----Original Message----- From: [mailto:lindaj@...] Sent: Sunday, December 29, 2002 10:18 AM You might want to read my post about grapefruit seed extract containing benzethonium chloride. lindaj@...
