Guest guest
Gee, nne,That sounds like a real ordeal for Chuck...and YOU too!It sounds as though he came through it all ok. I am shocked to read they want you to take a cath out. Alwaysthought a nurse or doc. had to do that procedure. Is he still on paid meds, nne? I know my son is stillon percocet, and it can really 'block you up'. So, it is goodto get on miralax or some such product. Guest guest
It was rough the first day but he is doing much better. Chuck was having problems passing urine so they cathed him. The Dr. wants me to get him up at 5 and take it out to be sure he is able to pass urine on his own before we get there. If not he will have to have another one put in. Its really not complicated. He did most of the cooking when we came home so we could rest.We saw Dr Strom this morning and he said to come back Fri. morning to get the stitches out. He said to get Chuck up at 5 and remove the cath. He showed and told me what to do and said if I felt unsure or if the cath wouldn't come out, to leave it and he would remove it. He is then more than likely going to send him to the urologist.I know a few of you have had small update but I thought it would be easier to just repeat everything about today rather send out a lot of different posts/emails. We would like to thank everyone for their prayers.HugsnneReceive Notifications of Incoming MessagesEasily monitor multiple email accounts & access them with a click.
