Guest guest
Welp, I gained another 1.3 pounds. I have decided to stop focusing on 'I have to loose 220 pounds' which isn't true, I only need to loose another 100 pounds it will be easier. SO the dietician and I set a goal of three pounds this first two weeks of my 'starting over weight loss'. I simply cannot push myself in exercise anymore. If I do I am down for a couple of days so I have tapered it off to bike 3 miles and walk 1 mile a day IF I feel able and all that is at a S L O W pace for sure. I know eventually I will probably wind up in a wheelchair and it is way easier to lift yourself or be taken care of if you are small than if you are fat. I also thought it takes a LOT of my precious energy to move myself at this weight then it will at my goal weight. My energy is not renewable in a few minutes or hours like it used to be it actually takes days to recover from a busy day it seems. Anyway I thought I would share with you all some of the thoughts I have been having. I almost gave up. Peanut M & Ms and fudge chocolate cakes have been helping me through these last few weeks and it is showing. Imagine what a testimony I will have this time next year, not only loosing 220 pounds through diabetes and degenerative disc disease, but MS too. I ought to write a book.
