Explosive bowels are normal in breastfed babies and they alert parents to a need for a new diaper. Their stools are usually runny and yellow. Rashes are a very healthy way for babies to get rid of toxins, for example any drugs the mother had during labo or even toxins in the air. Hope PS- I love your tag line.
