I think this is all normal and healthy for a 2-month baby.

Explosive bowels are normal in breastfed babies and they alert parents

to a need for a new diaper.

Their stools are usually runny and yellow.

Rashes are a very healthy way for babies to get rid of toxins, for

example any drugs the mother had during labo or even toxins in the air.
