Guest guest Posted April 25, 2000 Report Share Posted April 25, 2000 Grae just pointed out to me an article in computeract!ve about www.planit4kids.com Sounds really useful - the article says it 'covers London, Glasgow, Bristol, Manchester, Cardiff and Birmingham and they plan to expand in Europe this year'. So off I trot like a good parent wondering what I can do with my kids next time I'm in London. Lucky old me! London is covered! But all the other areas are still under construction. And don't rely too heavily on the restaurant recommendations; they're not all researched by parents! The three women who started it have secured GBP1.4million of financing so someone believes in it - and it could be a great idea. But I do get so irritated by these people doing Press Releases saying' Coming and see us' when they're only half ready! (OTOH, it's an alternative source of info to that other bloody woman whose product name never passes my lips, nor can my fingers bring themselves to type it.)
