So, for clarity, the 21.2% fee cut is now delayed by one month.

Regarding the extension of the Medicare therapy cap exceptions process(which

went away Jan 1st), it is now back in place, but only until March 31st?

We've been telling patients that the cap was in place as of January 1st and that

there is no exceptions process. Have I been misinforming patients?

Senate Passes Legislation

The Senate just passed HR 4691 by a vote of 78 -19. This bill delays the

scheduled 21.2% cut in Medicare physician fee payments, which was to occur March

1st and extends the Medicare therapy cap exceptions process through March 31,

2010.
