Guest guest
Rick: Thanks for this. So, for clarity, the 21.2% fee cut is now delayed by one month. Regarding the extension of the Medicare therapy cap exceptions process(which went away Jan 1st), it is now back in place, but only until March 31st? We've been telling patients that the cap was in place as of January 1st and that there is no exceptions process. Have I been misinforming patients? Thanks for any further input. B. This bill delays the scheduled 21.2% cut in Medicare physician fee payments, which was to occur March 1st and extends the Medicare therapy cap exceptions process through March 31, 2010.
