RE: Medadept Practice Management Software

We are just starting to use Medadept with billing and will be implementing

the documentation component over the next few weeks. I am planning to use

Dragon Medical 10.1 to replace typing. Other users I contacted prior to

signing on with Medadept were pleased - especially the billing people

because of the lack of rejections. Take time to speak with their references

Is anyone having a good or great experience with Medadept's EMR system? A

specific question I have is because they use the IPAQ (palm held unit) as

their hardware, are you able to free text easily using the stylus? I am used

to typing my notes on our current EMR, not using a stylus and that concerns

me from an efficiency standpoint.

Also, any problems with the billing software? Able to capture codes properly

and post payments easily, etc, etc?

Just looking for some insight before we possibly purchase this practice

management software.
