I find it helps to post my journal entries...Hope you don't mind

reading them....

Points Range: 22-27

Breakfast:

None (woke up late and had to get to an appointment)

Lunch:

Subway club on Wheat (6)

Load with veggies

2 Snackwell's Devils Food Cookies (2)

PM Snack:

1 bag of popcorn (2)

Supper: (dining out with friends)

6 OZ ribeye (8)

1/2 baked potato (5)

house salad w/dressing on side (3)

2 glasses white wine (4)

Estimated total: 30 points

Water: 64 oz

What a way to begin a new week on program with dinner out tonight and

a New Years Eve Ball all in the same week...YEEEEEEKKKKKKKSSSSSSS.
