Yogurt starter-goat yogurt

The recipe for making goat yogurt on pecanbread says to " add 1/2

scoop of yogurt starter from Custom Probiotics " . Does this mean 1/2

a baby scoop or a large scoop? I used 1/2 a large scoop.

It also says to use 1 or 2 liters (quarts) of milk. I only used 1

quart of goat's milk. Is this too much yogurt starter for 1 quart of

goat's milk? Thanks,
