Guest guest
Thanks, Alyssa. We have just begun to add a b complex but we're taking it slow, like with all supplements. After I get this added in, I'll take a better look at Riboflavin. She was on an SSRI for a couple of years prior to us starting biomed. Perhaps you're right in that her B2 stores are low. I just add everything low and slow these days, so it may be a few weeks before I get the b-complex completely in, it seems to be bothering her if I add it in too fast I appreciate this input very much!! I believe I have tried everything that anyone has ever mentioned for it. (Mindlinx, three different brands of Inositol, several different forms of Omega 3) What we are labeling OCD is her intrusive thoughts. These usually hit her late at night when she is trying to fall asleep, and they just come out of nowhere, usually they are thoughts of death. They scare the living crap out of her. For the first time, she shared with me that they cause her to bang her head against the wall or her head board. She is working with MP with amazing results, yet this one symptom has been extremely stubborn about leaving her. I was just wondering what others have done to alleviate their child's head banging, and perhaps this post can offer insight to head banging with others whose children are non-verbal., I remember once you mentioning head banging, and was wondering if that's why you did it (intrusive thoughts) and what you think the answer was for you. Thanks for any advice/comments,
