High carbs legal food?

Hi,

My son gets into ketosis if he does not eat enough carbs. We have

stopped the SCD diet because of that 6 month ago. I want to give it

another try but monitor closely his carbs and calories intake.

I know about the squash, the fruits especially the banana but he does

not tolerate too much of these.

Are there any legal vegetables high in carbs?

Thanks,

The best source for info of this type that I have found is

Fitday.com.

You can enter any food and see the carb, fat and protein

contents. And it will tally an entire day's menu for you.

And best of all, it's free.

Also, when you say that he doesn't tolerate fruit well, how were

you preparing the fruit?

:)

Thank you Jody, I already use fitday.com. I enter his food everyday.

It is a pain to do, but very useful to keep track of everything.

I just give him, raw or cooked (boiled), peeled, organic fresh fruits.

Thanks,
