In need of low carb diabetic recipes for cookies and muffins

Hi,

I received a request off list for " diabetic " cookies or muffins. The

requestor said she didnt'want any " strange " ingredients.

Many thanks to all of you who have a store house of recipes to draw from.

Thinking about it, I guess I could direct her to a site, so that would be

helpful also.
