Judy, I agree! They reitterate alot and it is very annoying. The book is better! These men are Doctors and not very good sales men! lol!

I watched the videos last night and they do not tell how to do the Codes at all. Thought they would but I guess they want people to buy the book which is understandable.You sound frustrated and if I were you, I would just not bother with the Healing Codes. They are not something that you have to do.
