Keep up the great work!! ~~ Good Morning!!!Hello to all the newbies...this is a great place to be!!! Congrats to all the "losers" this week!!! ) I lost 4 pounds this week which puts me at 155.5!!! Which also puts me in the right weight range for my height and age!!! Not that I am stopping there. It aslo puts my BMI at 25(healthy). This makes me feels so good!!! I am so happy!!! ~~~Happy Dance~~~My DH also told me yesterday that he was so proud of me...but in the same sentence he said didn't think you could do it!!! Doesn't he know when to shut-up!!!
