I'm da.... Hopefully, I will be there on the 15th as well.

Everybody's appointment is at 9:00. It's like a group meeting

mingle type of thing at first... Then Dr. R will see you

personally depending on travel time... (I always like this

step). Dr. R's office is 2.5 hours away from me so I don't

usually have to wait very long. How far away are you?

Here's a couple of diets I bet few of you remember. Back in the 60's I can

remember my mother buying me Metracal (it was like the original Slimfast)

and also this lovely box of " chocolate " squares that I think was called

" Aids. " You ate one of them with a hot liquid and poof, you were supposed

to become a prom queen. Honestly, for me to remember all of the stuff I

have been through, I would need some sort of hypnosis. U.S. Ski Team Diet

and the Air Force Diet were also big in the 60's. Now I know this will not

help you young'uns but it may trigger some memories in some others that

might be 40-something. Oh, Oh, and Jack LaLane's Glamour Stretcher!!! That

flashback just popped into my head! I'm entering a time warp now.......
