We completed the Crossroads program in Reston, VA. My goal was to improve my

son's processing speed and I think we accomplished this. It was very expensive

and involves a lot of effort at home, but we tried to leave no stone unturned in

our efforts towards recovery.

I may end up going back to Crossroads for my younger son because he is

struggling with anxiety right now. Feel free to email me with specific

questions. we went 2 years ago, but I will try to be helpful!

There is also a Crossroads Institute in NJ - HoHoKus with Jackie DeVrie. She is

very knowledgeable and a lot of modalities are engaged to make the impact for

each individual case. It is not as expensive, but definitely was very beneficial

for my son - we have got much greater self-control and spontaneous language

appeared - before it was just echolalia and repetition all the time, after about

2 months we've got him actually sitting in the car and telling us what he can

see (very helpful when you drive CrossBronx)
